The service desk is tops I couldn;t ask for better service. I have had my car in 4 or 5 times since Dec. with computer problems. First the water pump and then a few days later the check engine light comes on. This time they said it was sensor. Had to wait another two weeks for the part and an appoinment. Tech said he replaced the sensor. 4days later the check engine light is on. Brought the car back and they said they made some kind of change to theprogram in the computer. I bought out my lease with only 32,00 miles on it. Now all these problems. I just want to be sure everything is right before my warranty runs out. I am 85 and do not need this worry, What's going wrong next? Never had a problem with service before and we have bougtt or leased 5 cars from Barlow, plusa few from the privious owner. I am coming in in March for regular service hope everything is all right till then.

The service desk is five star , they are bending over backward to accomadate me. The Tech working on my car is another story. Since Dec. 10,2024 my car has been in 5 times and the problem has not been solved. hopefully a new tech. will do the trick when the part comes in. I sure hope the waaranty will still be honored since it is no fault of mine that the problem was not fixed.

My last visit was for regular service which was very good. On the other hand my engine light is still on and has been sice Dec. 12, 2024. Still waiting for a part and still don';t know what the problem is or why it hasn't been fixed. The guys and girls at the service desk are 6 Stars. When you get into the garage all I can say is it's still not fixed. My hand hands are tied. I am very disappointed in this service. All I can say I want my car fixed and that job is not being done!

Had my 2021 Sierra with 38,000 miles in for the GMC transmission shutter. Dealer test drove and also felt the shutter. Dealer suggested to change the transmission oil which they did. Picked up truck and still has the shutter.

I called the service center, described the matter and was asked to bring in my vehicle right away. The staff investigated the problem, identified the need, and immediately scheduled the repair. The attention given to my vehicle prevented a serious mechanical complication. I am very appreciative to all the service personnel involved in identifying and resolving the issue.

Still to be determined. The service desk still is top notch. They are so polite and accomidating. We will see about the outcome of the three days they had our SUV. We have been working on this problem since Dec.10, 2024. It seems to be fixed and then 3 or 4 days later the engine light is on and the problem is back. So far the water pump and several different sensors have been replaced. It has now been 3 days since we picked up the car and so far so good.

The salesman Daniel Fleck was a true professional and listened to what I was looking for. He had a car waiting for me to test drive, and ran around so I could look at a few other cars as well. He answered all of my many questions and if he didn't know the answer he went and found out. Great experience with this salesman. The sales manager Zack Temple was also magnificent, again he answered all of my questions, offered me additional protections and negotiated a fair deal. He worked out the numbers and I never felt pressured or overwhelmed. Finance manager Sean Way was also easy to work with. He had all of my paperwork prepared when I came to pick up the car. We went through everything and signed the lease agreement. I emailed him after I left and he responded immediately. Overall this was probably my best car buying/leasing experience in 40 years. The car was clean, smelt amazing and rides beautifully. Thank you all for a great experience.

I Ordered my 2023 Sierra 2500HD at Barlow and not everything went as smooth as I thought it should. Building and ordering a new HD truck is not something you get to learn by experience. The average buyer just doesn’t do it more than once in a life time. However, After driving the Truck for 2 &1/2 years I couldn’t be happier. What seemed to matter during the experience of ordering, waiting And excepting delivery of the truck quickly became non issues as I am throughly enjoying the truck and using it as originally intended. Jamie who was our salesman has been attentive and and always willing to assist with answering questions and helping us u destined the technical aspects of the truck. I’ve had all of my service done at Barlow and I’m not usually optimistic when dealing with a Dealership service department but the staff and technicians at Barlow have been amazing fair and reasonable. Recently Alison has gone above and beyond in addressing issue I’ve brought to them. Can’t say enough. I’ll admit I only try to keep my expectations low but Barlow service has far exceeded them.

The service staff was amazing. I stopped in to pickup new floor mats I ordered and my vehicle had an issue that morning with the infotainment system. I walked over to service to see if there was anything they could do (no appointment). The receptionist in the service area was courteous, looked up to see if there was a technical bulletin, and identified that a large patch was released. She then worked with the tech team to bring my vehicle in immediately to do the update and gave me a ride to my office. Amazing service!

I watched a mechanic changed a sparkplug on a 2021 Trailblazer on you tube and it took 8 minutes. I priced the sparkplugs on Amazon and found them to be $25 for a pack of 6. Brought my Sierra 1500 in to be serviced. I was told I needed a new transmission no timeframe when it would arrive they had vehicle for three weeks . I could not wait any longer informed Barlow Iwas taking truck somewhere else . They did a repair on transmission and charged me $2700.00 dollars. Don’t understand why a repair was done when it needed a new transmission no timeframe when it would arrive.Took truck to transmission shop in Watertown . Drop truck off at shop ,Tom called me and said truck was fine did not need transmission. I purchased 3new vehicles since 2018 and purchased accessories for vehicles here also 2 daughters purchased vehicles. I am very disappointed with Barlow

I walked in frantic, my car broke down on the morning I was heading out from a weeks vacation. My car barely got to the dealership. Delays and lack of communication. Also, apart from this visit, we’re very upset with Buick for not standing behind the quality of the vehicle we purchased. The biggest quality issue being the fact that the paint peeled off the hood and hatch. Buick did nothing about this and held fast with the argument “there’s no issue with our paint”. Let’s take a ride to any large parking lot and I assure you we can find other Encores with the issue. Within the next year, we’ll be replacing our Encore and for the first time in my life (I’m 63), we’ll be considering foreign vehicles.

The service department is fine. I have more of an issue with GMC itself. I bought the car in 2020 I only have 32,000 miles on the car. In the last six months, I’ve had to have my sunroof drained which created a water damage incident in the back of the car. I also had to bring it in for a check engine light for an emissions issue that was covered under warranty, however, shouldn’t have happened and now my radio is not working brought it into GMC who quoted me $1000 to fix it Are you kidding me? This is practically a brand new car.

The dealership experience has been (multiple vehicles) excellent. (with the exception of the online sales team 11 years ago). My issue with the new truck (2025 Sierra 1500) is the large screen and software behind it. Multiple calls to OnStar and visits to the dealer has not resulted in the system working correctly. CarPlay works half the time at best. When car play is down is seems the WfFi and charging for the phone are down also. Sometimes the screen will just stop responding or go black altogether. This is not and should not be acceptable for a truck that is less than 6 months and less than 7500 miles old. Do better GMC. Figure out the problem and fix it, or replace it.

Please see comment at customer care. The team left the car for 13 weeks drove it a mere 34 Miles in that time and claimed they couldn’t replicate a safety issue or any of the other items which upon returning the car to me were still present. Communication with the service team was poor they failed to tell me my car wasn’t ready twice so I arrived on two separate occasions to the car not being ready because they simply forgot to call and inform me. You used to be my favorite dealership sadly this experience has changed that sentiment

I walked in without an appointment because I had a problem with my 2015 Acadia. I was treated kindly and my problem was investigated, I was informed about needed to be done, the cost and that it could be done if I wanted to wait it would take about one hour and a half. I was very pleased that on a Saturday, without an appointment, they were able to take care of my problem since I had a planned driving trip scheduled the following day.

I was treated very nicely, as always. However, I am very unhappy to find out that there is an engineering design flaw that causes my sunroof to drain to the inside of the car when clogged. I didn’t know that until, at random 2 separate times, the upper part of my car that has electrical components filled with water and started to drain water to the electrical components below. It cost me $555 (although the very nice service representative did provide me with a 10% discount) to have them clear my clogged drain lines (my car is a 2020). I then get my car back to find the roof cover badly reinstalled. The entire passenger side of my car has pinched seals and it just looks all messed up. I am hoping to trade my car in, not for another GMC.
