Vehicle Pricing: All advertised vehicle prices include all dealer-required charges and fees, including applicable dealer documentary service fees, dealer preparation fees, freight, destination charges, and mandatory dealer-installed equipment or accessories. Prices exclude only applicable government-imposed sales taxes, licensing costs, registration fees, and other government-required charges permitted to be excluded by law. Prices do not include optional products or services selected by the customer.

Price(s) include(s) all costs to be paid by a consumer, except for licensing costs, registration fees, and taxes.

Manufacturer Incentives and Dealer Discounts: Advertised vehicle prices reflect dealer discounts and only those manufacturer incentives or rebates available to all consumers without additional eligibility requirements. Conditional incentives, including but not limited to military, first responder, educator, college graduate, loyalty, conquest, supplier, and other targeted programs, are available only to customers meeting the applicable program requirements and are not deducted from the generally advertised vehicle price. All incentives are subject to manufacturer terms, eligibility verification, applicable vehicle restrictions, and expiration dates. Certain incentives may not be combined.

Financing Offers: Financing offers are subject to credit approval by participating lenders. Advertised annual percentage rates (APRs), financing terms, and estimated monthly payments are available only to qualified applicants and may vary based on creditworthiness, lender approval, loan term, down payment, and other applicable factors. Not all customers will qualify for all advertised financing programs. Financing is not required to purchase a vehicle at its generally advertised price unless a separate, clearly identified optional financing incentive is being offered.

Lease Offers: Advertised lease offers are subject to credit approval, vehicle availability, manufacturer and lender program requirements, and applicable lease terms. Lease payments may vary based on vehicle configuration, capitalized cost, lease term, mileage allowance, taxes, fees, and approved credit. Any advertised lease payment must be accompanied by the applicable lease-specific disclosures, including amounts due at signing, payment schedule, security deposit requirements, and other material conditions. Excess mileage, excess wear and use, and other applicable charges may apply.

Vehicle Availability and Equipment: All vehicles are subject to prior sale and availability. Vehicle descriptions, photographs, equipment listings, options, mileage, and other information are provided for consumer convenience. Actual vehicle specifications and equipment should be verified using the vehicle's VIN, manufacturer's window sticker, and applicable vehicle documentation. Photographs may depict optional equipment or vehicles other than the specific vehicle offered for sale. Any known material discrepancies will be corrected promptly.

Trade-In Offers: Trade-in valuations are subject to verification of vehicle condition, mileage, equipment, title status, ownership, and market conditions. Any advertised trade-in offer or promotion is subject to its separately disclosed eligibility requirements and terms. A trade-in is not required to obtain a generally advertised vehicle purchase price.

Online Payment Calculators and Quotes: Online payment estimates and shopping tools are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a final financing approval, lease approval, or binding credit offer. Calculations are based on the assumptions and terms displayed in the applicable tool. Final financing and lease terms are subject to lender approval and applicable disclosures. Vehicle purchase prices and all mandatory dealer charges remain as advertised regardless of whether a customer uses an online payment calculator.

Advertising Accuracy: The dealership makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all advertised prices, incentives, equipment descriptions, and vehicle information are accurate and current. If an error is identified, the dealership will promptly correct the information and communicate the accurate terms before a transaction is completed. Nothing in this disclosure limits a consumer's rights under applicable federal or New Jersey law.

The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price excludes tax, title, license, dealer fees and optional equipment. Dealer sets final price.
